This hotel is old, beds are hard on your back. Hallway carpets are old and nasty. Had to call an attendant twice because the toilet won’t flush. They will charge 4K Pesos for an extra person to stay. Buffet breakfast sucks. I give 2 stars only because the staff are friendly.

Staff is great and accommodating. The restaurant, especially the entrance is too crowded, they need a better layout to streamline the going in and out. One day we ended up having breakfast at a conference room, not really an ideal set-up for buffet, resulting to cold and stale food.

We booked this place last minute because it advertised a pool. However the pool is closed and they only offered access to the pool at another Seda 20mins away which was way smaller in comparison to the one advertised.

During booking, I made a note and requested 2 beds, but upon arrival, they still provided a King bed. I booked for my mom and brother, and when they arrived, they weren't even provided info as to where the amenities were. Hotel is good but the service is not.

Service was outstanding! Mika at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay great, we really appreciate her taking care of our needs during our time there!! All of the staff were friendly and professional, the waitresses were all attentive to the customers needs. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when in Cebu.

One of the primary reasons we stayed here is for the pool and unfortunately, it’s under construction. When searching the property, there were two photos of the pool and on one page, it lists a pool. There is one page where the pool is crossed off. This is extremely misleading. We were offered another hotel pool 15 minutes drive away which is a bit ridiculous. The hotel is clean, breakfast was decent, but the rooms are in need of an upgrade.
