Booked a 2 bdr apartment and they gave us keys to a 1bdr apartment incorrectly. they fixed it up quickly though. Pool was heated and clean, and the apartment was well presented

The staff were accommodating with dinner for the family as we were delayed arriving. Food and service was great. Be patient when checking in as it can get busy (must be popular). The rooms are spacious for relaxing before retiring for the evening.

The property was clean. This property is in desperate need of upgrading. No power points next to the bed to charge phones, double bed, hot water not regulated and dangerously hot. The property has that vague but definite odour of long gone cigarette use. This property wasn’t cheap to book and disappointing.

The description on the site did not really describe what we were getting when it said we were getting a suite, did not realise that meant two units separated by a door. Would have thought again rather than paying 700 plus dollars for a dated motel

Great accommodation, the 2 bedroom was perfect for family of 3 plus grandparents. Only suggestion for improvement would be to heat the pool so it can be used in autumn and spring.
