Rooms were ok. We booked three rooms and all at the same time, but when we arrived, the rooms were all on different floors, which was a disappointment. Also, breakfast had been cleared away by the time we went to eat, although we were there about 15 minutes before the advertised end time.

We stayed at six different hotels in a span of about 12 days and this by far was the worst. We had a terrible time getting hot water, there were roaches in the bathroom, and overall cleanliness was subpar. The breakfast was average and did offer a few varieties. The staff although adequate, did not go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Since we spent very little time in the room, it did satisfy our needs at the time.

The room was very nice and comfy. Everything was nice and tidy. The only thing I didn't care for, there was no way to heat up my food or keep my drinks cold; no fridge or microwave in the room. Overall, the experience was good.

Limited not full service facility. Not told of this issue till after arrived and NOT at check-in. Phone not work, clock not work, room needs upkeep -paint. Toilet very low to floor. Only one small trash can. Bathroom door dirty. Ice machine only in main building. Inconvenient.

DO NOT stay here, I had come down here for a wedding and just needed a quick hotel with a buddy of mine and it was an absolute horrible time. We started off by having problems with our lock on the door and we constantly had to get new ones, they just kept saying we were putting them next to our phone. The shower doesn’t get hot, just warm but we really had not said anything complaint wise at this point. After our wedding is when things just went horrible. We go back to our room and of course it doesn’t not work so I get another key card, that doesn’t work, so I get another and that doesn’t work. I eventually the guy at the front desk he has got to come and figure this out. He comes with the master lock and the door still isn’t opening and he clearly has no clue what to do, he then leaves and starts making phone calls but no one is answering him because it was now 4 am and he’s got no answers or anything for us. After another 30 minutes my buddy eventually got the door open and we got all of our stuff and got out of there asap and had to go buy another hotel. We both noticed our door was the only one with a different door handle and lock so this must of been an ongoing issue and they were just willing to put us in that room. Never again at any La Quinta or anything like that.

Tv quit. Instead of replacing tv. Made us move to another room. Stated they had no other tv. Should of got one from unoccupied room. But nope. Made us move. Senior citizens and we had to pack up. Move to another floor. Staff seemed to not care. Not ever going back to this place or another Laquinta.
