Poor customer service and outdated facilities. The room was old, had a bad odor, and felt unclean. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable due to less than desirable guests. I would not recommend this property.

Ice machine broken on my floor, treadmill was out of order, door deadbolt screws were loose and unsecured, found bugs in my room, randome guy was banging on my door at 10pm. I think that's all.

I had a small fridge with no freezer. They only have one washer and dryer. You can't get on youtube or stream on the wifi. The gym just has an elliptical machine, and the treadmill is down. One bench and dumbells. One ice machine on the first floor. Customer service was great though.

We had no refrigerator( just an empty space where it and the microwave should have been) The TV did not work. The staff was very pleasant and did send a member to try to fix the TV. The bed was not comfortable, it was sunk in the middle.
