We checked out after being there an hour. Room conditions are not good. However I will say the front desk manger was accommodating and kind. They understood they quality is not where it should right now and to come back after renovations are done. I don’t recommend at this time. I’m quite frankly surprised at all the 10/10 reviews…. I felt duped

The staff was amazing, very accommodating, and was upfront about the construction. The only complaint I had was that the mini-fridge did not work. I also did not ask for them to fix it, so that's on me.

Everyone that works there seems miserable. The parking garage is NOT included and is $44 a day. The front desk just said “yea it’s a bit deceiving…”. There is ongoing construction to wake you up early. The shower was dirty and had mold / mildew growing. For the price you’d assume it would be nicer than other cheaper hotels available. Really only stay here if you’re looking for an indoor pool for kids, otherwise, go somewhere else.

Didn’t use valet but they were very nice. Front desk staff were super nice. The new, I think, front desk manager was very sweet and sent some snacks and a bottle of wine to the room for my birthday. The room was clean and spacious. Overall a great experience. Grab a beer from the Pour House but don’t get food. Saw one of the servers take a couple fries at host station off someone’s order before it was taken out to them. That’s a huge no no for me.

Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory due to extremely loud construction noise during my stay. The noise began early in the morning and continued for long periods, making it very difficult to rest or enjoy my stay. This level of disruption should have been clearly communicated at the time of booking. When I raised this issue during my stay, I was assured by the manager, Nathan Foster, that a discount would be applied to my bill to compensate for the inconvenience. However, despite this promise, no discount has been reflected on my final invoice. I left my information with Juliet from the front desk and was promised a call back with a resolution. I have yet to receive a call. I am disappointed both by the disruption during my stay and by the failure to honor the resolution that was offered .

Hotel was under construction and I was not notified prior to booking my reservation, instead I was told once I checked in. I was thinking I was going to get a renovated room! I was given instruction of how to get to my room, down a hallway, turn right into the next wing, etc. I passed through new carpet, freshly painted bright white walls, and nice lighting. My room was not in that section. My area was dark, not bright lighting, the shower had a busted pipe above the ceiling and was leaking through the ceiling (paint falling off and soaked backer board -- mold???) and the fire alarm was missing.
