Everything was great until it was time to catch the shuttle to the airport. The driver of the shuttle asked me to catch a ride share because several Spirit employees, who were late to the shuttle, also needed a ride to the airport. I refused to leave my seat. We eventually left 9 minutes late causing me anxiety that I would miss my flight.

The staff was amazing!! The room was just a little outdated for the price and the bathroom smelled like mildew and had no airflow in it. The tv also did not work for most channels so we had to stick to the IPad which is okay just inconvenient. But the staff were very very kind and helpful and had great energy!
