I have stayed at this location before and enjoy it each time. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple, but substantial and self-serve. When I was there one of the staff came out to check on it to make sure there was plenty. The location is in the middle of multiple choices for restaurants and activities. It's a great location. I will stay here again.

I booked through Expedia and my credit card was charged. When I got to the hotel, they did not have a room and had been fully booked with no availability for 3 days. Now Expedia is not giving me my money back, even though I did not get a room and was turned away. 3 hours on hold with "customer service" - disaster
