Volleyball Tournament Time

Everyone who worked at the hotel was amazingly friendly and kind. Fantastic customer service. It was unfortunate on a game day college weekend that the TV in the lobby just didn't work. We almost went across the street to watch at another hotel. It was a great stay!

Best customer service in a long time

We went up to run a race, front desk told us exactly where to find good food for dinner and went above to help us after the race was over to help us with getting one of our guys that needed some help. The staff is absolutely the reason I'd stay here again

The power banks didn't work had to use outlets, cable kept cutting out, had to pay for valet parking or park away from hotel, paid for handicap room and didn't have handicap friendly shower, sum staff was rude and unhelpful.

This is the first time I’ve ever reserved a room,paid for what I requested ( which showed to be available) but when I arrived the desk clerk informed me that they didn’t have that type room and he didn’t care or even attempt to help in any manner whatsoever, basically take what I give you or leave attitude. I’ll never stay here again!
