The hotel is quaint and modern which we like, however its 1am & due to the room street being the street location, you won't get much sleep. Sirens all night and noisy cars.Very nice staff but wish they would have advised/warned us about the outside noise. Save your money and skip the valet parking and park directly across the street at the covered parking deck. That is where this hotel parks your car. Also, the room vents and shelves need dusting.

Classy stylish hotel. Room was spacey and modern and wonderful. Also love the speakeasy in the lobby that is hidden. Only slight negative was the ice machine was on the blink on the 2nd floor where I stayed. Regardless, I will definitely stay here again when I am in need of a place downtown.

The Kinley is a great little hotel and spot in Chattanooga. Unfortunately, they overbooked the hotel and changed our king bed reservation into twin beds. Bunk beds no less! And their "we'll make it up to you" offerings were not as promised with the manager dodging the conversation completely and leaving the front desk staff to try and do their best to help us. That's why the rating is low for this stay. Prior stays would have been 5 stars.
