Valet was super fast and easy. Hotel staff was impeccable, friendly, welcoming, and polite. The hotel was in immaculate condition and full of historic charm. The room was spacious and the beds were melt-in comfortable. The lobby was absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere was 10/10. There is an on-site Starbucks and bar. Overall excellent stay and experience.

I can't rave enough about this hotel! I love the history and fine dining. Great for families and romantic get aways. Ask about the free tour of the haunted room. I will be back. Great location to walk to river area and aquarium. Great restaurants around the hotel

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the beds were soooo comfortable. The staff is the best I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend staying here if you are ever in Downtown Chattanooga

Room was large enough. Very happy with that. Bed was comfy and accommodations were nice. However, the room wasn’t anything fancy & it actually smelled like the pool area and was damp & muggy feeling inside. The bathroom had no ventilation and the shower curtain was entirely too small for the shower.

Wonderful hotel for my staycation! The hotel is beautiful with rich history and an ambiance that takes you back in time. All staff from the Valet to the front desk were absolutely wonderful. My room was located on the Manor side. It was clean, quiet, and had modern furnishings. I can’t wait to return!
