check in experience was hirrible . I was tired from long flight and they hold me for longer time plus confusion with payment and check in policies.Staff are not adequately trained. At front desk there was loud yelling and laughing while i was there , not at all professional. Breakfast was ok , not too much choice for international travelers. For ex no bacon or sausage . House keeping people left a banana peel on the table, got to call them to clean it up.Thiugh They had Bidet toilet, I am not a big fan of it. Not worth for money spent.

Amazing stay as usual at the Residency Towers. Excellent staff and a wonderful variety of breakfast. Location is excellent, not far from T-Nagar which is the hub of the shopping centre. Would definitely stay again.

Wouldn't recommend to NRI'S or Foreigners

Average 3 star hotel, room automation is a good idea. No fresh air, conjusted with ac circulation. My partner tried the breakfast and mentioned it was decent on the first day morning so i decided to try the next day, None of the stewardess understand lical language and i couldn't understand their English, Restaurant tables were empty myself and my partner was asked to wait stating its all reserved and we could go to level 1 to eat and two guys who came behind us had no reservation and she accomodated them, no water glasses were provided on the table. Never went to their breakfast buffet again ! They didn't inform weekends would be louder and we didn't complain though. I wouldn't visit this property again
