Alex was great. Great location for Thaphae Gate. Walkable to city center locations. Clean. Modern. I myself am not Vegan but still found their breakfast enjoyable. Will definitely stay again next trip to Chiang Mai

Staying at Away was such a delightful experience. It was so nice to be in a place that genuinely cares for guests with gluten-free vegan needs. My spouse is not vegan or gluten-free, yet she still enjoyed the delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and the wonderful service. It made the trip extra special!

The cleanliness of the room was the main reason for the lower rating, especially the bathroom. Other aspects were generally fine. As for the vegetarian dishes, the variety was limited and there is plenty of room for improvement in the menu.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, serene, very clean, and really well located for all the things you want to do in Chiang Mai. The spa is excellent, I went back to the lovely Noy twice during my stay for her life-changing massages. The breakfast is incredible - all vegan, all delicious, and so many different options every day. So much choice. I will definitely stay here again (and again).
