Clean and comfortable and feeling new. All the staff were friendly and professional. Food was simply amazing and the staff was very accommodating to a celiac with gluten free options. Perfect area short walk to everything. We would absolutely stay there again

We spent 3 lovely days at this vegan hotel and enjoyed every minute. It was so exciting to find a vegan hotel and it met and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was sublime with so many choices and new delicious options every day. We also ate here for dinner one evening and were very happy with the menu and the food. Cannot recommend highly enough. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Good vegan food, security guards so you feel safe (not that Chiang Mai is dangerous), friendly staff, laundry service, spacious rooms with balconies, and great location! What more can you ask for?

Such a lovely and quiet oasis in Chiang Mai. The staff were all so nice and helpful. The pool gets sun all day and highly recommended the rooms with direct access to the pool.

I really recommend Away

Helpful, friendly and polite staff at this hotel. I don’t like vegan food but it’s not that bad for few days. Breakfast is not varieties but it’s enough for a quick one. Swimming pool is small and noisy when the kids around so it’s not that good for the pool access room because you have to bear with the noise until they are gone. The hotel can walkable to Thapae gate, shops, restaurants, pubs and 7 11. Laundry price at 100 bahts/ Kgs is convenient and reasonable prices for us. The only thing I don’t like is the reception wrote down my credit card details during check in. I asked the staff to delete my card details when I check out. Overalls, I love Chiang Mai and I don’t mind if I have to stay here again next time.

Staffs are very friendly. They message me before my flight and offered airport transfer, which I think they are very considerable to their customers. They also helped me accommodate my personal request and arranged local tour for me. Hotel is very clean and very reasonable in pricing.

Lovely hotel currently opposite a building site

Lovely hotel, with friendly staff with a big shout out to Alex who was always there with a smile and a helping hand. The main issue is that they are working on an extension to the Away hotel across the street which means that being by the pool is not the tranquil experience they promise. This was not mentioned at time of booking.

Wow

What a fantastic place.. all of the staff are so friendly especially Alex, he is a credit to the hotel… it’s a quiet oasis very close to the old city, amazingly clean, great staff… hotel is completely vegan, don’t let that put you off they are great people, the restaurant has amazing food.. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. will return to Chiang Mai and this hotel
