The staff was very nice and helpful in arranging an elephant sanctuary tour and even opened the kitchen early for us so we could breakfast and make the tour pickup! Spacious family room. Excellent location in center of Old City. Clean. Quiet, for the exception of plumbing pipes that banged - a simple plumbing fix of a hammer arrestor could help there ;)

If you want a clean, convenient and quiet hotel, this is the place for you. Our family stayed here for four days and we have only have good things to say about it. A great hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai

This is a great hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai, just 5 minutes walk from the magnificent Wat Chedi Luang Temple complex. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It is very quiet at night and yet there are lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
