I really enjoyed staying here. It was clean and well maintained with helpful staff. The gym looked great but I didn’t pack my workout gear. The connected Lure restaurant was excellent to experience. River North is a wonderful location and a very short walk to great shops and restaurants.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The check in pricess was super easy. I arrived way past the regular check in time and they were incredibly accompdating. The facilities are well kept and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I shared a room with my friend and we had plenty of space to spread our stuff out. Keep in mind, youre in the heart of a bustling city, so if youre looking for absolute silence at night, staying in the city isnt for you. Ill definitely be back for a longer stay to enjoy the art installations and the rest of the hotel.

Great hotel for tourists but not ideal for business travelers. No desk in room and no outlets by the bed! The weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. I had to plug my phone in across the room and hope I woke up to my alarm. Large, comfortable room but would love some outlets!

Cute boutique hotel in the heart of river north

This was a great location in river north. Close to everything I needed, accessible to some great restaurants and shopping areas. The room was nice despite being a bit small, but was comfortable for the purpose and length of the trip. Very small but the ease of access to charger ports near the bed were limited. One of the biggest downsides to this property is the face there are only two working elevators, and they are tight. If you are on the mid to lower levels, expect a few times where the elevators are full and you either have to take the stairs or continue to wait for an open car, ESPECIALLY around check-out. My friends and I had to take the stairs several floors up because the cars were full for almost 20 minutes.

The floor wasn’t vacuumed in our room when we arrived. The pillows were old and uncomfortable. Only one robe was provided and it was dirty. The shower drain was clogged so that the shower flooded. There was a hidden fee that the hotel charged to my credit card without asking first. The only pleasant thing about the experience was that the front desk staff was courteous and kind. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re in a pinch.

This hotel is located extremely central to all of shopping, eating, etc. It is very fairly priced. The hotel rooms were pretty spacious considering they’re in a city. the bathrooms while they’re not huge are extremely efficient. There’s a bench you can sit at for drying hair, etc. There’s a shelf all along the back behind the sink that extends into the shower for all of your toiletries. There’s a table and seating in the room . I was very impressed with the layout and how they utilized the space. I do say the lighting is a little poor. I feel they could use some more lights and I don’t love that the bathroom door is barn style slider so you don’t get privacy in the same way nor is there a bathroom fan so it’s a little awkward sharing a room.
