Great Experience

Great location right in downtown Chicago. The room was clean and comfortable. The boys enjoyed playing pool in the game room. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was in the heart of everything. Walking distance, dining options and things to do. Near the Riverwalk and the Bean. I was very pleased with the area. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Security in the lobby around the clock.

Second time staying at a Cambria property. This was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Only con I would say is that, our room was only cleaned once from the 5day 4night stay and it was the day before we left. Had to request new face rags and towels multiple times which was a big inconvenience. I would stay here again but would definitely make sure housekeeping does more.

Great hotel, horrible shower

The Cambria is in a fantastic location in the West Loop of Chicago. The staff could not have been any nicer. Every single person I interacted with was really friendly and helpful. My only criticism, is the shower. The water never gets even remotely hot, or even very warm. And there’s virtually no water pressure. The sinks in the restrooms at O’Hare had hotter water than the shower. The water also automatically cuts off, which wouldn’t be a problem if I had known it was going to happen. I managed to tolerate the barely tepid showers for the two days I was there, but I would really struggle if I was staying longer. I’ve had better showers well camping. I support eco-friendly measures, but in this case, I think the trade-off is a problem.
