The room was amazing! Clean and comfortable. They even honored my special request for a room with a bath. Place was very well kept and maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Located in the heart of the city. The only thing that was not perfect was the restaurant in the hotel was always out of food so don't count on getting a bite to eat on site. They did sell snacks as another option close to checkout counter. Overall, a very good experience.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and truly enjoyed our experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. Very tasty & generous breakfast. Within 10 minutes of looking over the room, I found a used needle and syringe hidden under a blanket. The staff at the front desk was quick to come with a sharps box when I called. Obviously something they are ready for. Also, the heater was broken and they did move us to a new room, but didn’t discount or refund anything until checkout when I mentioned the issues that we had. I was credited $65 for our breakfast.
