Great customer service as usual, but! This was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, as someone who is cluster phobic I was really uncomfortable, there was no view. I had a better experience staying in river hotel last time.

Beautiful lobby, check in was a breeze. You can tell rooms are getting alittle outdated. I wish attendant would have explained elevator (some rooms only accessible by way of left vs. right elevator). Also, they tried to charge me for an in room beauty product as if I took it with me upon checkout and I did not. Weird, they tried to do the same for a guest checking out when I was checking in. I took pictures as I was leaving to show products still there. Tried to get tea on 2nd floor 24 hour offering they were out. Location was perfect to walk to all the attractions! Valet was timely and responsive.

It was a decent property, very convenient to where it was located and the view was beautiful. However, I didn’t realize they didn’t offer a free breakfast at all which was a let down for paying almost $1700 for our stay. Housekeeping is available upon request only, however I requested 3x and spoke to 2 different people before housekeeping actually came up to the room to change my sheets and towels after 3 days. TV was very slow and didn’t work all that well but no biggie. AC was finicky, very outdated and made a noise but kept the room fairly cold. Other than that, it was clean, convenient again and nice. I would stay again but hope they improve their service.

Painful bed

It's in a great location but the bed had a huge dip in it, making it difficult for myself and my wife to sleep without severe back pain. When we asked for another room, they said none were available, and the only thing they could offer was another comforter.
