This place was great! Everyone on staff was helpful & accommodating. Breakfast was so good with a lot of variety and fresh fruit.The hot tub and pool were so nice after a busy day. Happy hour, hospitality coffee bar and complementary cookies made this a real "home away from home" experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone heading to the Chicago area.

I give this hotel 3.5/5 stars. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast was good, and the room we booked with the jetted tub was very nice. upon arrival we were “greeted” if you will by front desk staff. didn’t get her name but her attitude wasn’t the greatest. when we checked out of our hotel the front desk staff was much nicer. aside from the basics of the stay there’s a few things you should be aware of before you book this hotel through Expedia. If you’re a silver member like I am, you are probably aware about certain “perks” that you receive and the VIP status you get with the amount of stays that you book. It states in the listing that there is a complimentary bottle of wine. during our stay they gave us a free alcoholic drink card (I assume this is what the wine was lol) our time frame to get these drinks was from 5:30-7. unfortunately we didn’t get to take advantage of this offer because we had dinner reservations at 6. I feel like this offer was basically pointless as Expedia advertised something completely different than what the hotel gave us. this was sort of expected in a way but it’s good to be aware that they don’t in fact have a “bottle of wine” for you. another thing to be aware of is they are very selective on what you’re able to use in the jetted tub. so if you’re looking to book the room with the jetted tub and you plan on bringing bath bombs or bath oils, don’t. Lastly, they say they will charge you an $100 deposit. its actually $140.

My room was dirty. I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub. It was not very clean. The room had a fireplace but it was full of dust, unusable and the frame fell off while I was staying in the room. The building smelled of cigarette smoke. I used Clorox wipes to clean my room when I first got there and the wipes were dark. Area was so so. Don’t recommend.

Lisa, front desk manager needs a special mention for keeping us informed and taking good care of us. Hotel was oversold on the rooms we booked 4 months ago. Either it was Expedia's fault or a poor management on the hotel, the first night we did not get the room we originally booked. We were given it the 2nd day. Biggest disappointment is the shuttle service for which we choose this hotel. They don't run after 6PM on Friday thru the weekend and this was not mentioned anywhere at the time of booking. Had we known it at the time of booking would have booked elsewhere and avoided this hotel.
