I’m a light sleeper and I could hear cars driving on the highway most of the night. I could also hear people talking in the hallway. Shower water wasn’t very hot.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Tiny gym where 2 people would feel crowded. After checking out I got an email with a random charge for room service that I never ordered. Hotel phone number listed on the bill and website didn’t work so I wasn’t able to resolve it with them, that’s why I’m downgrading my rating to 3 stars.

Family reunion weekend in Chicago

The front desk greeted us in a friendly and professional manner upon our arrival. Our check in was very quick and the hotel staff referenced our pre check in requests and successfully met all of them without a reminder from us. The accommodations themselves were very clean, cozy and comfortable! Our hotel manager, Mohammed, introduced himself and remarked several times during our stay that he was at our disposal at any time to meet any requests that might improve the quality of our stay!! My wife and I were traveling with my 103 year old Dad and not only were all of our needs met, but all of his needs were prioritized and met as well! We chose to have dinner at the hotel the day of our arrival and all our meals were hot, tasty and properly prepared. ‘Hats off’ to the hotel staff and management team of this property for providing us with an overall excellent experience and stay!!
