The area and cleanliness were the only good parts. The staff however was horrible. Not one good experience with them whatsoever in the 3 days we were there and had to interact with checking in/out and asking for help around. I wouldn’t book them. I did not feel welcome and felt a bit discriminated.

The staff, but especially the housekeeping staff was amazing. Extremely polite, kind and genuinely made a positive impact on our trip to Chicago. It was like being taken care of by someone you know, not just “staying at a hotel.”

Stay was fine. I spent 1 night here and then stayed the rest of the time at the Embassy Suites a block away. Embassy Suites was a much better deal, with free breakfast and happy hour.

Clean, Friendly, and Food was Great!

The room cleanliness was amazing. The room smelled so fresh when we walked in. The sheets like bleach. It was great to know that and feel like the room was very well cleaned. We loved the bar tender Jose A. he was amazing. Not only did he give great suggestions on places we should go, but he recommended great food items on the menu that we just stellar. We loved our stay and we would definitely come back and stay with you!
