The rooms are clean, but they are old and in need of updates. Although this is a non-smoking hotel, it reeks of smoke. They have no room service, but they have a towel and sheet exchange system (you bring the ones you've used to the office area and they give you clean ones to take to your room). I had no problem with the towels, but I would have liked some help with the bedding; however, they refused to assist. All in all, we had a clean, warm stay with the option of Coffee and breakfast snacks.

We found cochroaches and rat feces in our room. Rooms are very outdated and definitely not worth more than $50 per night in my opinion. Told us that housekeeping does not come in every day to clean. Free breakfast was just coffee and a cupcake. We didn't stay eve half a day in our room and just asked for a refund and went somewhere else. The place is very disgusting and the hallways and elevator even smelled like Marijuana. The one star is just for the staff at front desk that checked us in and out.

I felt as though it was an apartment complex, not a hotel and not in a good way. Bathrooms and kitchen area were gross, people eating dinner outside in lawn chairs, dogs barking all morning. Felt like a strange dream.

I’ve stayed with this hotel chain before and always had good experiences, but unfortunately, this location was a huge disappointment. The property is dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. There’s no room service, and the entrance area is littered with cigarette butts and smells awful. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t trust the photos—they are very misleading. Make sure to read the recent reviews before booking, because this hotel is nothing like what’s advertised.
