The bathtub was clogged. The guy at the front desk named Justin I think put an order to be fixed the next day. The next day, the lady working in the morning was very arrogant and said that there is no maintenance until tomorrow. That day, I was obligated to shower, but the next day was my check out after wasting over $200 to get that kind of a suite. I am very disappointed. No more booking in there.

Horrible stay

The room we stayed in should be decommissioned. It was nasty and dirty. The toilet was broke and the shower head and rod was damaged. I won’t ever stay at that location.

For the amount paid, I expected semi conditions. I was quite surprised at how clean and organized the rooms were, I stayed one night but I had adequate rest, due to the quiet environment. The receptionist I met was super amazing, friendly and receptive. His name was Justin! Cool guy! The only reason I did not give a 5 star was because my skin reacted to the bedding material, which although was quite clean, I couldn’t really use the beddings and pillows. But hey, I was able to drive a short distance to the dollar general to get blankets and other basic supplies and I got the comfortable stay I wanted! Tip: it’s like home, you could bring your bedding and supplies or get from target/ other stores, there’s a plethora of choices close to the space; this is if you’re like me and picky about bedding material.

We checked in but our keys didn’t work so they had to reprogram & than after multiple times only one key finally worked. The tv remote didn’t work half the time. Than we went to use the vending machine & it gave us one drink & said motor nonfunctional. You go into the bathroom the walls are all cracked plaster off the walls ceiling & you go to take a shower u step in the tub & it feels like soft floor

Worst Hotel Ever.

It was terrible and demand a refund !!! Filthiest hotel I ever stayed in. Water was running down the wall and there was a huge water bubble on the wall in the washroom !
