The hotel was fine. We really only booked there because of the pool, but it was closed per the city of Chicago. Not much they could do about it, but they were not apologetic. When it was brought up they just shrugged and said there’s nothing they could do about it. Overall the hotel was fine but could have stayed somewhere without a pool and saved some money.

The staff was incredible! The Chapel Cafe downstairs that is connected to the hotel is absolutely phenomenal! I loved that everything was within walking distance from the hotel including the Riverwalk and the Navy Pier!!! The room was spacious and clean and the total price of the stay was affordable! I would recommend this hotel to everyone who plan to visit Chicago!!

Terrible hotel, great location.

Lo único bueno de este hotel es la location. Llegué al hotel y el baño estaba totalmente sucio, pedí cambio de cuarto y con una mano en la cintura me dijeron que era lo que había si quería (me imagino que este trato fue pq ya había pagado mis 4 noches). La cama totalmente aguada y el cuarto muy muy bueno, muebles rayados y sillón sucio, el tapete del cuarto ni se diga, se sentía duro de lo viejo que estaba. Un día decidieron no hacer mi cuarto y llegué a las 11pm y me dijeron q lo revisaban mañana que no había nadie para hacer la cama a esa hr. TERRIBLE! Lo que no puedo negar es que está muy muy bien ubicado.

I was very disappointed that the hotel doesn't offer shuttle services to the airport especially being a higher end chain. Even holiday inn offers that.
