Very conveniently located. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Wish the water pressure in the shower was better and that there was an additional elevator, but otherwise it was a great stay.

This by far and away was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Upon arrival the lobby had water leaking everywhere from the ceiling with buckets and hazard tape sectioning off all the seating area so it was alerted a bad impression. Day two was WORSE. I have a broken wrist and I’m in a splint/brace. When I saw how the showers were set up I knew it would be an issue. The bar they consider a safety bar (imo it’s not because they hang towels from there is to my right so I knew I wouldn’t be able to hold

First we never received the room we booked for so we had to go down to the front desk again. We’re not very helpful when asking for info. Then they had a pipe burst and there was water everywhere in the lobby. Not a very great experience!!!!😡😡 Really thought they should have given us a free night for all our troubles!!!! Never again at a Hilton!

Clean room, central location right in the middle of the action! Walking distance to some many things eh millennium park, art museum, navy pier. Eating in hotel looked limited but plenty of places around the location at different price points.

We had a very nice stay, but it was only for two of the three nights we had reserved for. The staff was nice, but we were told the hotel had overbooked for a convention and we had to be moved to another hotel for the first night. They covered it, but it was still disruptive to our anticipated time in Chicago with the multiple check ins and outs. We were also told that Expedia should have alerted us to this, but we did not receive any communication about this from you. The property and staff were generally excellent over the two nights we did stay.
