I was there with my family and booked this location first time. It was worst place i booked ever. I got room 1231 on 12th floor. Room air conditioning was programmed to set heat and cool so couldn’t use it. On request they change it to cool but still it was able to use only 69F or below. My kids couldn’t sleep because of extreme cold air flow. Another bathroom door lock was broken, no fan or ventilation in bathroom & sliding glass door of bathroom was so loud when sliding it. This Hotel and room was next to fire department. So entire time siren noises. Also you can easily hear people talking in next rooms. I was booked for 2 days but i stayed just 1 day. I wasted my money, time and family trip. Thanks

I stay in this hotel for over 10 years. I love the hotel but mostly the staff who is polite and helpful. Please get a high chair for the the staff at the front desk. They can sit and still do a great customer service as they always do. Please, thank you!
