The room was clean, the staff were helpful, and the bar and restaurant was good — overall, a very pleasant experience. The only complaint is that the pull out couch mattress could have been a bit newer.

The room was very clean, the bed was decent, and the breakfast was incredible! Only downside was that I booked a King room and ended up with a two Queen room and they'd tried to pass it off as a "free upgrade". It was a busy night in the city so I was just happy to have a place to stay.

Food and parking service were great! Could use better signage on the street for the valet. We had to circle the block after missing it the first time. We were on the 2nd floor, right across from the fire department. Loved that you provided ear plugs, just weren’t very good quality, didn’t help much.
