Older hotel, needs serious TLC and upgrades.

Hotel is really getting run down. Been staying here for about 10 years. Has been going downhill for a while, but this trip pretty much will stop me from coming back. AC didnt work, no hot water, coffee pot was broke. Horrible cigarette smell, and not just like someone sneaked a cig in the room. It was like it was 1975 and everyone was smoking in the hotel. It seems to becoming almost a transient hotel, lots of people seemed to be long term guest. A few positives, bed is comfortable, good shower pressure, but no hot water this time, rooms have a good layout. Sitting area and desk seperate from bed. Good for business traveler. Its cheap, but their is a reason why

Convenient to highway and area amenities. Hotel is a little outdated but room sizes are generous and have a seating area. Unusual for breakfast not to be included with a hotel. If I’m spending money to eat out it won’t be at the hotel.

Loved my room

King room was great. I like the setup of the bathroom/sink with a convenient closet. Living space with double foldout couch and chair was separated nicely from sleeping space. Room was clean, but could tell the rest of the hotel was a bit "tired." Carpet was bunched in areas and ripped. Common spaces like the elevators were, to be honest, very dirty.

Thought this would be a nice place to stay. Over a 5 night stay I had to switch rooms twice. My first room was not cleaned well, there was still a dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain. I didn't complain I was to busy, but over all the room was not clean. The toilet seat was loose (in all 3 rooms) During a rain storm water leaked into the room and I had to switch. Next room had flying bugs I only stayed in that room for a night, and the next room was another dirty room with a loose toilet seat and a ridiculous high water pressure shower.
