I had forgotten to bring a tooth brush, and when I checked in on Sunday evening the front desk said they did not have any available. When I went back the next morning the lady found one for me. The fridge in room 402 was noisy all evening. Overall the room looked nice, and I really liked the overhead shower.

Anniversary trip

We had a great experience. The staff were very helpful. They held our bags until check in and again until our train came. They also gave us a late check out for a small fee. The place was very clean and very beautiful. The TVs were a little outdated but worked just fine. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Room was super hot. Went to the front desk to let someone know. He pulled it up on the computer and said he reset it and it’s working. I told him the air coming from the vents was warm and not cool, but still insisted it must be working since the computer says it is. I asked what we could do if it’s not working and he asked me what I wanted, I said we could do another room and he told me there were no other rooms available. We were miserable that night, could barely sleep it was so hot. I talked to someone again the next morning and let them know the situation. They sent maintenance to look and they said it feels fine but let us switch to a different room. Asked them to change the return filter as it was clogged up and nasty. Tv in the bathroom doesn’t work. Shower door makes loud noises as if it’s going to break. Bed uncomfortable. Blinds did not work. Definitely not worth the cost, would stay anywhere else.

This proprrty was below par compared to description. No lounge, no amenities. One front desk person duringcheck in did not explain how to use key card in elevator. Good thing i knew. When asking to het to the river walk he didnt know what i was talking about. I could not control the heat in my room. Very stuffy Will not return. Very disappointed

Very quiet, the only thing you could hear from the room was vacuuming in the hallway. The shower was incredible. Lobby bar was closed during the weekend which was a buzzkill.

I tought the place have a nice rooftop but they didnt have any services at all like food, bar, restaurant or anything, that was dissapointment for the price it wasnt worth it. they also charge me twice like the deposit and when I paid at the hotel they charge me for the real price, I pay 200 more, its a lot of money plus the parking ticket.
