I didn’t go to the gym. My understanding was that it was not accessible for the guests, only residents. My only disappointment was the coffee. I couldn’t drink the horrible coffee bags provided by the hotel. I wished they had a regular coffee pot.

We stayed here August 27th to September 3rd in an 1 bed studio and honestly cannot fault the property and how it is managed. Great convenience to have a full kitchen including any utensils you could need and a washer+dryer in the apartment. Great location, close to many of the restaurants on our list. Whole Foods a short walk away on the next block over. The balcony was a bonus as most places we looked at didn’t have one! Would definitely recommend

I really enjoyed staying at this place. The supplies in the room were sufficient, i didn't need to request a refill. I loved the view from my apartment, the fact that wholefoods was just opposit, the security, the location, everything. The check in and out instructions were easy to follow. Be aware that this is more like an apartment rental instead of a hotel. so they don’t clean rooms every day and they don’t have 24-hour front desk to handle issues. The property is a bit older than the pictures. They did a nice job of decorations but it’s obvious that they only did the minimum renovations. The bathroom door handle is very flimsy and low quality. The floor board of the bathroom cabinet came off and it’s clearly was off originally. It gives away that they don’t do a good job at their properties. And the hair dryer wasn’t working. I followed the instructions to text their support number since their front desk only presents 11am-7pm. They responded but felt like i was talking to a bot. Eventually I had to go to the front desk at 11am to had them send another hair dryer to my room. so be prepared that some issues take time to address. Overall the room is spacious. It’s nice to have a full sized fridge, kitchen and a sofa. Location is great and very safe. We walked to coffee shops and the river every day. If they take a better care of the property and have 24-hour front desk, I would definitely come back.
