Everybody in the Elk Grove Village O’Hare facility are top notch, they go out of your way to make sure that you are comfortable in your room if you’re not happy with the room you’re in and they will make sure they get your room where you are happy with everyone at the facility are extremely nice and just kind for the exception of one person Estrella. she is mean she is nasty. She is rude to everybody. She does not know how to talk to a customer with kindness and respect. Everybody that I talk to feels the same way about this lady. That’s just mean it would be a perfect hotel if you got rid of her

I understand basic, but no shampoo or kleenex, had to buy. Needed a blanket, sorry all locked up. What if we had an accident? We would have had no blankets or sheets. Floor was very tacky, shies sticking. Hung up was clotgs/ tiwels to reuse, they took them and didnt replace was cloths left extra floir mat. When we arrived, note on door about ac maint, they needed to be in every room. So, we could not take a day off to sleep in. You could have put that on the website. Not happy with this stay.

I made a reservation with motel 6 then called up there to see if there were any rooms available for early check-in and was told yes for a $15 surcharge. When I got to the motel, there were no rooms available so I waited in the lobby. There I witnessed customers complaining to the clerk and amongst themselves about how nasty the rooms were, even said the rooms have bed bugs. Then I looked around and the lobby looked dirty and poorly kept, so I can only imagine how nasty the rooms may have been. I tried to cancel the reservation and discovered that would be refunded only 35% of my money back. That seems unfair considering the reservation was only open for 1-2 hours. I should not pay over $200 for something that I never received.
