Decent room and the staff at the front desk and restaurant were friendly and helpful. The front desk area is cramped and confusing (i.e.) once you get your key card from check-in, it is so tight in that area that that it’s unclear how you get out of the area without pushing past the people in line behind you.

Romm was in good condition, amenities were non existent and the staff was helpful. We stayed omlh fof the historic atmosphere and probably will not be staying again due to the lack of any amenities that can be found elsewhere that are not expensive. Overall the stay was pleasant.

It was the weekend before Christmas 12-20-25. Everything was really nice. The only negative thing that I would have to say about the overall stay was that the bar service was slow and that the pool was on the smaller side other than that everything was perfect!

Worst hotel experience ever! Local one night stay for holidays and totally regret booking here. Paid with pleasure the $50 early check in fee AND the $25 destination fee upon check in?? Barely used room but when 9pm rolled around and wanted to watch the end of a local football game our live TV was completely out. Took engineering over 20 min to come and fix it. Daughter also had to take a completely cold shower and I could not shower in morning due to lack of hot water. Not to mention terrible WiFi service. When requesting waiving the $25 destination fee due to all the inconveniences I was told no it is a mandatory charge and I have NO clue what we got for it besides lack of live tv, no hot water and paper thin walls to hear neighbors talking in all night. Save yourselves the money and go somewhere else in Chicago as you will not get what you pay for here.

everything was great and a bartender even asked about my allergies before serving me a cocktail. the cocktail i ordered had an allergen so her thorough service prevented a horrible night. ill remember that forever.
