Base on the area, the place was smelly with urine all the elevators and corridors. The lady receptionist was not very hospitable, the room has no amenities, the only good thing was housekeeping.

The staff and the room itself were great. The property looks kind of shabby on the outside, but the room was clean and nice. I was hesitant to stay somewhere where the door opens to the outside instead of a hallway, but I didn't have any trouble. There's a Panera next door for breakfast.

Overall, did not feel safe at this hotel. I got there. I cut my losses and went to a different hotel the outside entrance of the building I really dreamed unsafe and there’s really no privacy very loud dirty community.

The property was in good condition and rooms clean. My low rating is because I prepaid through Expedia and am seeing additional 90 and 50 dollar charges from the motel. My understanding was I paid a refundable deposit and an early check in fee which was the 50 charge but I'm not understanding why the additional 90 dollar charge. It's as if they charged me as a walk in on top of the prepaid Expedia rate I paid.

There was an altercation with a couple right next to our room. They were very loud and the police were even called. The stay wasn't very peaceful. Upon check out the front desk staff wasn't very cordial or friendly. Very "matter of fact" with her responses. Not warm at all.

Was ok for a stay but a lady at the office was not friendly at all her name was Kim & she has long braids (blondish in color).... Crossed paths with her multiple times over the weekend. Never a nice encounter!
