Wow! My 1st time at this hotel! I stay in Chicago often but I have never experienced a hotel like this. Everyone working there were happy. They always were friendly & would say good morning. Even getting on an elevator; the staff was sweet. The breakfast was delicious & so many options. The hotel was SO clean. I was not expecting what was in my room. There was a stove, a dishwasher, immaculate bathroom, the bed was so comfortable & they had buttons by the bed to make the blinds go down. I loved our room! I am 100% going to stay here again. The hotel they have on site is gorgeous. I was telling all my friends about this hotel. I was blown away. It was perfect. You don't get service like that these days. They gave 1000000% effort.

The hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location, the longest walk we had was 20 minutes at most. The staff was all very friendly, room was modern clean and had a great view. Just wish pillows were a little firmer. Pleasantly surprised with the options available at the complimentary breakfast. We will most definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

The bathroom fixture fallen apart, we had problem with the light panels ( did not working in the bathroom and bedroom ) Last Year we stayed here… everything was perfect. These Year you can tell they are NOT maintaining the hotel. It is so sad!
