The body wash & shampoo containers were empty. About 3 sheets of toilet paper on the roll. There were no dishes or pots and pans available. We left our room to return and someone put dishes in our room. The internet was not working, had to be connected to the VIP internet. The telephone was not working and each time we contact the office with an issue, via our telephone, we were to come to the office to get what we need. So they wanted us to walk back & forth in the snow storm. This was a terrible experience, and I'll never consider this location again. I stayed at the lombard location, a few times and it was a great stay, each time. I was told that the manager will call, still have not received a call.

Our room was clean, there was chipping paint in every room. We requested rooms next door to each other. I was told by J that they would be together, but when we got there that wasn't the case. Both bathrooms was out of the hand soap. It rained and there were wet leaves around the property for two days.

I felt bad for the person at the Front Desk. There were 4 ppl checking in at the same time asI and only 1 person to check in all those ppl in. I was also unhappy that i ordered 2 rooms and they were in 2 buildings. The front desk person did not offer no information. I must say at least he tried, but i do believe the line caused him to get nervous and rushed through everything or lack customer service.

This property is serviceable, and has good location and a very nice breakfast and front desk staff going for it. Working against it is a very average room and other amenities quality. This feels more like a ho-hum airbnb that is well worn, but decently clean with all the basics present. Our room had a stained and very worn couch, headboard throw pillows, and carpets. Baseboards were filthy, and there was dust all over the tv, lampshades and cobwebs in the vents. Our shower and sink soaps/shampoos were all empty. The "gym" had three cardio machines, cobwebs in every corner, no towels, sanitizer, wipes or water (containers for all, but empty). Overall the room is passable, but not great. Plusses include a very nice lobby with a good breakfast, well outfitted kitchen in the room, convenient parking by each room as it is set up like an apartment complex, and close to all area attractions.

The room I booked was not what I was given then I was told those rrooms were already all booked. Upon arrival at the room there were several suitcases a wheelchair and a shower chair right outside the door. The inside was disgusting there were cigarettes butts the floor. And apparently the hotel Reno ed those items that were outside the door from this room and the previous guests. They proceeded to try to enter the room during our short time there. I called the front desk and they basically said there was nothing they could do and to contact the 3rd party that I booked though and did not allow me to cancel. We left and found another hotel do not stay here. Worst experience I have ever had at any hotel ever.

Check-in was terrible - we arrived just after 3am due to flight delays, and despite prepaying the entire stay and being told there was no cutoff time, we were told our reservation was archived. It took an hour to get it settled, while we waited exhausted for a room. After finally getting a key, we were directed to a room that wasn't marked. After going back to the desk 3 times to ask for help, the clerk finally came up and showed us - they didn't seem to know where it was either and finally took us down an unmarked hallway where it was. The room itself was decent, however it appears rundown (e.g. peeling paint on the walls and floor, smelly garbage disposal, and the floors weren't very clean). The heater was extremely loud and when turned on made metallic scraping noises. We reported this the next morning but didn't see any change. The heat also often started blowing cold air, and needed to be turned on and off a few times to reset. There are lots of good reviews, so maybe we got unlucky. But I would not recommend this property.

I stayed there overnight. The hotel ead clean, the room was specious. I can see it being a good fit for a family or groups. Less accomodating in my opinion to a business traveler. The hot water provided wss not hot at night or in the morning. There was no hand or bottled water in my room when i arrived tired late night. The front desk did not care much. When I asked him about the hand soap, he apologized as instructed by the company (I saw the company note on how to deal with a situation). He did not appear sincere or empathetic and brushed it off by saying sorry we have no soap. He did not ask the cleaning crew if they any and send it. Having no hand soap is unheard of. Even in a motel you get it. One of the service guys outside that was helping me with reactivating my door card asked the cleaning ladies and he gave me soap, which tells me that there was no effort from the front desk to help. Another issue, I would have prefered having instructions about breakfast and checkout times electronically. I looked in all my messages and it was not there. Just before checkout, I found a small paper note with instructions. This was stessful for me as I was in a rush. I recommend that you do like others and have it all in the checkin email. Also, it would be great if provide 1-2 bottles of water in the room and fruit for breakfast. Breakfast was minimal. The late night front desk person Panni and the outdoor service guy were curteous and helpful. Thank you for making my stay nicer.
