We didn't stay there, thre room was filthy ,stained sheets hair on the pillows , filthy bathroom , very poorly managed We couldn't stay there disgusting situation, I had to look for another hotels after my 13 hours flight, I took pictures and will post them ,plus I lost money I wasn't refunded

Stayed for one night only. Stay was ok except the room was not as clean as advertised. The bathtub had hair in it, the floor had hair and even the towels looked a bit dirty. The heat in the room also was not working I had to sleep with my jacket on.

We checked in late at night, I had called earlier in the day to let them know and had no issues. The staff was always friendly and very nice. It was very easy to find parking and to get around the hotel. The best part, the pool was actually warm!
