Everyone was so friendly. The room was great and the view of the city was wonderful both during the day and the night. The concierge went way out of his way to help me. I will stay there again and again.

Staff was courteous checkin was easy. But, annoying clicking sound coming from pipe running from floor to ceiling which kept me awake part of the night. No hot water which is bad when you have to go outside in temperatures that are around zero.
