The hotels building Air cond was not working . The room was too warm and i almost left the hotel. After going on a walk i spoke to the desk reception about the temp and a couple other small things about the room. After speaking with him, he followed through with a fan , bathtub plugs and extra towels. I would definately stay again and this would be because of the helpful and professional people working there. Thank you

Always a good stay when we go to Harrison Hot Springs at a decent rate. Positives: - Clean room and linens - Good customer service by front desk staff - Front desk staff helped in providing portable fans with no AC operating - Clean premises Negatives: - Room AC not operational - Bathroom exhaust fan not operational - Only one of two elevators operational with hotel being at Maxim capacity. - Operational elevator is very slow, lights are burned out in control panel and elevator direction lights.

I would never stay again. The room smelled like stale smoke. We had no light working. AC was broken. Staff wouldn’t change rooms. Felt dirty. Was thoroughly disappointed.

Super good location and great receptionist

I had a dog with me so i had a dog friendly room. What make my stay memorialized is that the receptionist, Debney. She is so friendly, professional, and helpful. She would greet you every time you are in out the door. I was told that i would pay $10 for parking but she pointed me tona free parking right infront of of the hotel. I did not know that guests athe hotel get free passes for public hot pool, she offered me the pass. Her services and manner are so satisfying that i was happy of my stay there.

Ive been to this property several times over the oast few tears, and seen the efforts put in to renovations. Our room this time had new bathroon suite, new flooring (laminate replacing carpet), i liked this, freshly painted throughout. I feel that the cabinet in the bathroom could have been changed too, and it looks as though they are working on replacing room furniture. The matresses were very comfortable. Big improvements noted.

Exposed Wires everywhere. Vent covers missing. Had someone walk in the room in the morning. They dont have do not disturb signs. Whole building needs an update.
