Book this thinking of the VIP benefit was a free bottle of wine, wasn’t a bottle of wine. It was probably the cheapest bottle of champagne a real letdown, considering how most other hotels give you a reasonable free gift not just a cheap shot

Beds were very very soft, curtains did not have pelmets so light streaming in above curtain rod all night. Bathroom ceiling stained and needs a panel replaced/painted. Was entitled to VIP extras but they were not provided…will probably choose a different accommodation provider when in the area next time

Average stay for the price, you could find better elsewhere. We booked a "deluxe king room" for two nights. The bed was rock hard, they definitely need to look at getting some mattress toppers - we have stayed in many hotels around the world and this bed was beyond firm and caused us both aches and pains, leading to a horrible sleep! There is mould in the shower sealant which could have been easily fixed but hasn't been. The only access to water was the bathroom sink. The tap was so close to the basin it made it hard to fill bottles or the provided kettle. Our deluxe view was a double decker bus parked outside our balcony all night and morning on both days. Front counter staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate our bed issue by providing some pillows at our request which was appreciated.
