Amazing customer service

The customer service Jesse and Ryan's provided us was amazing. We got there a lot after 3:00 had 3 rooms booked one room wasn't ready but Jesse went ahead cleaned the room instead of waiting on the housekeeper who was doing the best she could. Gave us waters had free comfort and tea all day. Breakfast was good established the breakfast sandwiches. My only complaint was the indoor pool was freezing.

The host the night we checked in was so busy. I had to wait a few moments for him to get to the desk. But once he did, he was so perfectly lovely and kind. Give Casey a 10/10. But, of no fault of his, my room wasn't very clean, the pull out couch had actual crumbs and dirt on the coverlet, they don't have conditioner in the shower or at the hotel, and the breakfast was just nothing at all to speak of.

The room was nice and spacious. The bed was hard and the springs were bothering me. The shampoo was empty and their was only half of a toilet paper. Their were stains on the curtains for the closet and in the bathroom shower. The receptionist was super sweet and overall the hotel was nice. I didnt get to use the amenities due to a lot of people being there but they looked nice as well.

This was not quiet. Someone running in the room above us, dragging things across the floor most of the evening. Access was difficult into the property. Breakfast was only so so. Nonetheless, I would probably return.

Fantastic Staff

We stayed @ Home2Suites through the Christmas holiday and we're delighted with the accommodations. The room was spacious, we had all we needed to reheat & serve our preplanned holiday meals. The hotel was running on a short staff so most could be with their families but the service we received was outstanding and all employees were so nice. Would recommend to anyone!
