On day 4 I finally had to ask at 2 in the afternoon if my room was going to be attended. We were out of toilet paper. No clean towels or face cloths. The housekeeper came by, gave us towels took the garbage but nothing else. There were dirty dishes that had been put away. The hand prints in the elevators are probably still there. I will not choose this property in the future.

This is our worst experience ever! Second day after our arrival, when we saw our room dirty, We asked the front desk, "what happened" she said "we clean the room every 3rd day". After that i checked our room and there was a sticker in the bathroom saying" we clean the room every other day". If we wanted that, we could stay in AIRBNB, not in a hotel. . We never were in the hotel or used their facilities. They never cleaned our room for 5 days. I asked them to do it the other day, they didn't do it. Last day Missy-front desk was very rude. We were complaining about the situation-no manager, so she didn’t care and she said that we threatened her about a bad review of their hotel and that is what we are posting. Also she said that it was recorded, I hope they also recorded when i asked them to be sure that they clean our room the other day". Missy told me to call her manager, instead of contact Hilton, because I told her I would contact Hilton, not your manager, and that is what I did. They never cleaned our room, I want my money back.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. There is no conditioner in the showers, though it looks like they used to offer it. The pool is on the small side but well maintained. Its conveniently located next to the elevators so you don’t have to walk very far when wet. The continental breakfast is very good with simple options. My only complaint is that the tables to eat on in the lobby are comically tall with short chairs. I felt like I needed a booster seat. Even my 6ft companion looked like a toddler trying to eat at an adults table.

Started off good ended bad

First part of stay was excellent but then came Saturday and the staff wasnt as pleasant, the breakfast wasnt cooked as good and was kind of out of order. The noise and clutter got out of control also but i guess i should blame the customers and not the staff. And for all the signs of no birthday parties in pool area there seemed to be two, so much much was going on the a few people came to check in and left because of the chaos i will not be back.

Perfect short stay

Excellent first part of my stay, im here pre chemotherapy so i ask for a room away from nosie if possible and i didnt here a sound for the most part. I ask questions they answer, breakfast was pretty darn good for the type of hotel it is, price was right area was clean actually every area i saw was clean just a all around good stay.
