Initial impression of the hotel was that it was shabby, deserted and run down. Arrived at hotel to check in around 5pm and was told that my reservation had been cancelled because the card on file for booking had already been ran prior to my arrival and they were not able to charge my arrival. When I asked for the reservation to be reinstated they insisted they would not do and proceeded to offer me the same/similar style room for double the price that I booked it for.

Requested a wake up call as we had an early morning graduation, thankfully I set extra alarms on my phone since the front desk staff that checked me in never set it up for us the wake up call.
