We have stayed at this property several years ago, and while it was showing its age at that time, we don't recall it being as unclean as our recent visit. Unfortunately, the carpet was quite dirty, to the point where I felt it necessary to wear slippers to avoid staining my feet. Additionally, the cleanliness of the space left much to be desired, making for an uncomfortable experience. We also encountered issues with noise, including doors slamming until early morning. In this day and age, it's challenging to approach other guests about keeping the noise down. Overall, I would suggest that the management focus on improving cleanliness and soundproofing to enhance the guest experience, as this would make a significant difference for future visitors expecting a minimum standard of comfort.

Historic, but customer service is history too. Got there to check in, that’s when I found out there’s a fee to park on the property as a guest of the hotel. Room keys were provided in a half of a mailing envelope? Got to the room, the 2 provided towels were clean, but the wash cloths weren’t. Then got a text about housekeeping. Every third day? So for two nights, for two people, 2 towels, 2 dirty wash cloths. One elevator is out of service, the pool walls and floor are gritty like sandpaper and scratch you. Didn’t even bother with the breakfast because it’s a pricy buffet style, not included. Overall, there are nicer hotels much cheaper.

The stay in the hotel for the most part was ok . Bed was comfortable. The thing I didn’t like the most is that we thought it was breakfast and they said it’s 14 dollars for adults and 7 dollars per kid for breakfast and we was not told bout this at check out

I had a really disappointing experience here. Check-in was incredibly slow, and even worse, one of the employees was about to skip over us to help someone else until I spoke up and said we were next. Even after that, he still didn’t take us right away. When we finally got to the room, it was disgusting. I found toenail clippings on the floor, which clearly hadn’t been vacuumed—there was visible dirt right in the middle of the carpet. On top of that, the room smelled like someone had just finished smoking in there. I had to call the front desk immediately to make sure I wouldn’t be charged for it. Definitely not what I expected, and I won’t be returning.

Never Again

The room smelled like raw sewage, so we had to leave. The whole hotel needs a makeover and updating from the 1990s to current times.
