The Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront is a nice, comfortable hotel with clean rooms and good overall presentation. The property itself is well-kept and suitable for business or short stays. That said, there are a few things guests should be aware of. In addition to the standard incidental hold (around $50), self-parking is an extra $10 per day, and valet service is not available. There are also occasional homeless individuals asking for money in the parking lot area, which may be uncomfortable for some guests. The revolving restaurant is only open on select days, so don’t plan on it being available daily for breakfast or dinner. For meals, you’ll likely need to leave the property and visit nearby fast-food or casual options such as Burger King, White Castle, McDonald’s, or Chipotle. This location is not downtown Cincinnati, and amenities differ from properties like The Blu Hotel Blue Ash (Ascend Collection), which offers a stronger breakfast experience. Overall, it’s a solid stay if you know what to expect and plan accordingly.

1 hour before checking in I contacted the hotel to see if the fixed the cold water issue with the pool. I was assured the pool heater was fixed and nothing to worry about. When I arrived I noticed the pool was closed and would hopefully open sometime that night. If they were just refilling the water the staff agreed it would ice cold. The hotel denied my request for a refund.

There was a strong sewer odor that the front desk was unable to eliminate. I was informed that this smell is common on several floors and that there is unfortunately no way to avoid it.

We were told we could have a late checkout. At 11 someone knocked once and bust through the door. When I called the front desk whoever I spoke to was rude and said that the person that told me that should have told me its a $50 charge. Than after we hurridly checked out went diwn stairs and the supervisor said thats not true.

If you need a bed to sleep in, the room itself was dated but otherwise clean.If your going for the amenities (including the rotating restaurant) it was awful. We checked in fine, staff were pleasant. Elevator was scary. Had reservations at eighteen for 7:45 but were told that our table wasnt available for another hour due to lack of availability (even though the restaurant was nearly empty). Finally got appetizers were great but it took another hour to place an order for dinner and then another hour to get served. It was also FREEZING in the restaurant so much so that we had to go back to the room to get our coats and a blanket. My son ended up falling asleep at the table in his coat waiting for food. Not to mention they were out of several main courses so we all had to figure out other things to order from an already limited menu. Food itself was cold when we got it. The server was apologetic for the delays, and it was clearly a staffing issue. We didnt get back to our room till eleven at night. Fast forward to the morning and my husband took our son to the pool and was swimming in the water and found a broken swimming pool light underwater with a cord exposed. He had to yell at our son to get out of the water. Thank god he didnt get electrocuted. There were also no clean towels available so they had to go back to the room sopping wet.Will not be going back.

The hotel offers two restaurants one with a very limited menu and expensive and the other was closed. I needed an accessible room and the room was not very accessible. I couldn't fit my small wheelchair between the two beds.

Staff did not greet us when we walked in. Staff were not overly friendly. Staff were many times not at counter. Staff spent majority of time booking reservations for restaurant. Not impressed with hotel . No one to help with bags . Pool entrance was not found . Told to go to other entrance yet that entrance wasn’t opened . Hall & room smelled .
