• We have a terrace with sea views, reached by stairs, and it’s absolutely stunning! You can see Alcúdia Bay in Mallorca, the Artrutx lighthouse, and above all enjoy incredible sunsets—you’ll absolutely fall in love with this little terrace.
BEDROOMS
• A double en suite bedroom (private bathroom), with air conditioning, a garden facing window, and two built in wardrobes. The double bed measures 1.60 x 1.90 m.
• A double bedroom with air conditioning, two twin beds joined (90 x 1.90 m each), and two built in wardrobes.
• A double bedroom with air conditioning, two separate twin beds (90 x 1.90 m each) and one built in wardrobe.
BATHROOMS
• The en suite bathroom in the master bedroom is well equipped with a shower, garden window, and hairdryer.
• A second bathroom in the hallway serves the other two bedrooms, featuring a large shower, garden window, a roomy vanity area, and hairdryer. Note: no bidet.
LIVING–DINING ROOM
• The house has a combined living and dining room with a cabinet stocked with tableware for 6, a dining table with chairs and bench. The air conditioning keeps it comfortable during hot summer days, perfect for breakfast or lunch indoors.
• The living area includes a powerful Starlink router covering the whole house, a sofa facing a 32″ Smart TV, and strong air conditioning to cool the entire lounge dining space.
KITCHEN
• The compact kitchen includes a large capsule Nespresso coffee machine (L’Or), a classic moka pot, toaster, microwave, blender, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, and full cookware/cutlery for summer cooking. Experienced chefs might miss some items, but you’ll have everything needed for a summer menu.

• The barbecue setup is professional-grade! It features a large prep zone, washing area, and a spectacular charcoal grill—making your BBQ the highlight of the day.
CHILL OUT AREA
• Located beside the pool, the chill out area includes a bench and umbrella for relaxing at home. It also has outlets and lighting for late afternoon or evening use.
SWIMMING POOL
• The generous pool refreshes you on hot days, with 4 loungers and 2 adjustable chair loungers for six guests.
• Pool rules must be followed, especially adult supervision of children. Safety equipment is in place, and maintenance staff clean and service the pool twice weekly.
