THE SETTING and THE AMBIANCE
La Maison des Pins is a family villa with pool as we like it! Located in a quiet area and close to the centre of Ciutadella, it has a large garden (1200m2) and space to accommodate all your family in the greatest comfort.
The house is composed of a ground floor with 3 bedrooms and a first floor accessible by an external staircase with two bedrooms.
You will love to enjoy the covered terrace, the late afternoons around a drink on the terrace upstairs, or a game of ping-pong in the garden.


THE VILLA
La maison des PINS is a traditionally built villa that has just been renovated. It consists of a main house on two levels, surrounded by a pretty garden, a covered terrace and an upstairs terrace at the height of the pines.
A large air-conditioned living room with a TV corner (Netflix only), a dining area, a kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms occupy almost the entire ground floor. The kitchen opens onto the covered terrace, which is ideal for meals and evenings around the plancha and barbecue. The covered terrace opens onto a private garden.

THE BEDROOMS
The master suite (bedroom 1) is located on the ground floor and is air-conditioned. It is equipped with a dressing room, a TV (Netflix only) and a bathroom with toilet. A second bedroom (bedroom 2) is a child's bedroom, equipped with a bunk bed and wall fan. The third bedroom (bedroom 3) is air-conditioned, has a dressing room and a double bed. A room, kitchen and back kitchen complete the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a double bed, a dressing room and a terrace. Bedroom 5 has a double bed, dressing room, terrace and TV (Netflix only).
An outside staircase leads to the first floor and the rooftop terrace.

The master suite, the living room and bedroom 3 are equipped with air conditioning.
You will be able to park 2 cars within the property, note that it is also possible to park in front of the property.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The PINE house is located in Cala Morell, 5 km from the town of Ciutadella, which is known as the pearl of the Balearic Islands. A quiet residential area, 5 minutes walk from the Cala Morell cove, an ideal spot for diving and water sports. An ideal location in the north of the island away from the summer crowds. It takes 5 minutes by car to reach the 2 coves Cala Algaierens and Cala Es Bot, a heavenly place with turquoise water and fine sand. The cove Cala Morell has 3 restaurants, including the famous "Chez Ivette", which is well known throughout the island.

Attention, very important!!! the villa is only available for a one-month rental.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
