Large recently built villa, with private garden and pool, overlooking the sea and located in Cala Morell, Ciutadella. It is located a few steps walking from the beach of Cala Morell in a very quiet area.

It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living room. The rooms are distributed in one of them with a double bed and bathroom en suite, and the other 3 rooms with a total of 10 single beds. Two additional beds can be added to complete an occupancy of 14 people.
