The nearest sandy beach is 600 m away and can be reached in a few minutes by car or in less than 10 minutes on foot.



Parking is available on the street. Please note: the owner lives in the villa’s basement with a separate entrance and comes daily between 7:00 and 8:00 to water the plants and clean the pool. Guests under 30 and parties are not allowed.
