The duplex is very comfortable and cosy. Every corner has been designed with your comfort and well-being in mind.

On the ground floor, you’ll be welcomed by an open-plan space combining a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a cosy living and dining area. Here you’ll find a workspace with a desk, lighting and an armchair, ideal for people who work from home and need a dedicated space, or for those moments when you need to concentrate. In addition, a comfortable sofa bed invites you to relax and enjoy the comfort of the air conditioning whilst taking in the direct views of the garden and terrace.

Upstairs on the first floor, you’ll find a fully fitted bathroom with a shower and the master bedroom. This spacious and light-filled room features a comfortable king-size bed and a private terrace.

The flat is part of a complex with a communal swimming pool, where you can cool off after exploring the island and watch unbeatable sunsets.

SERVICES

- The flat has Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.

- It has air conditioning in all rooms, with a heating option to maintain a comfortable temperature all year round.

- A cot and high chair are available on request; we recommend booking these in advance to ensure availability.

- Although there is no private car park, the street surrounding the complex offers free parking spaces and it is usually easy to find a place to park.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

- In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since 2 December 2024, it is compulsory to complete the online registration for all guests and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.

- The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest.

- Before arrival, and once registration and payment of the tax have been completed, we will send you all the information you need to access the apartment, as well as useful details for your stay. HOW TO GET AROUND

To get around Son Xoriguer and Cala'n Bosch, you can walk, use public transport or travel by private vehicle. These are convenient areas to explore on foot and offer a wide range of nearby amenities.

However, to discover Menorca’s many coves and places of interest, we recommend having your own vehicle, whether a car or a scooter. This provides greater comfort and flexibility, allowing easy access to beaches and natural spots that are not served by public transport.

If you prefer to travel by bus, there are routes connecting Son Xoriguer with Ciutadella, from where you can continue to other parts of the island. Services are more frequent during the summer months, so we recommend checking the Mou-t Menorca website for the latest timetables and information.
