The excellent position of Villa Amatista sits very close to the seafront, 10 minutes' walk from the centre and rocky inlet of Calan Forcat. This impressive 4 bedroom villa has a well-furnished, contemporary and stylish interior, with a private swimming pool and sea views. The nearby sandy beach of Cala Picas is also easily reachable on foot, with the larger Calan Blanes Beach 1 mile away. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, plus WiFi are included.

The resorts of Calan Blanes and Calan Forcat have merged over the years to form one of Menorca's largest tourist resorts. The main street is lined with a good choice of shops, cafes and restaurants, plus there is a children's play area and waterpark – all within a 10 minute walk. The island's old capital town of Ciutadella is just a short drive or bus ride away.
