Plus, the sandy beaches of Cala Blanca and Cala Santandria are both just 15 minutes' stroll from your villa. Further afield, the old capital of Ciutadella is a 10 minute drive or bus ride away.

Tired and in need of tlc

The villa itself is centrally located and the view is stunning which is fantastic however the villa is very dated and tired and in need of some tlc. The drains were blocked. Maintenance called and came out within 48hours. The cleanliness of the villa is not what I was expecting. The outside of the property was also very tired and unloved. The pool is a fantastic size but the skimmers never worked while we stayed. After mentioning this to maintenance we were assured they work 8 hrs daily 4 in the morning and 4 at night however I do not think this was the case as the chlorine tabs hadn’t dissolved any all week.. all in all we made the most of the villa but felt it could have been better if the villa had lived up to expectations.
