This contemporary 4 bedroom villa with a large private pool is in a great central position, 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Calan Forcat. The main street has plenty of shops, restaurants, and a waterpark, and the nearest beach is only a few minutes away. Villa Gris is bright and airy, with a partial sea view from the top floor. and includes WiFi, pool heating, and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge.

Villa Gris is well-located, less than 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Calan Forcat. The main street has plenty of shops, restaurants and a waterpark, plus 3 lovely sandy coves are also nearby. The island's ancient capital, Ciutadella, is only 10 minutes' drive, or a short bus ride away. The town is great for shopping and dining, and its harbourside restaurants have wonderful sunset views.
