The bustling marina, with a wide choice of restaurants and bars, is just a short 15 minute walk away, and the beautiful sandy beach can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot or a 5 minute drive. Back at the villa you can relax by your own private pool or cook up a meal on the BBQ. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa Jessica is a detached property in the Cap d’Artrutx area of Calan Bosch, offering a peaceful location while still within easy reach of the resort’s facilities. The attractive marina, lined with a variety of bars and restaurants, is around a 15 minute walk from the villa, while the sandy Calan Bosch beach can be reached in approximately 20 minutes on foot or a 5 minute drive. The historic town of Ciutadella is about a 20 minute drive away.
