Villa Jeybo is a cosy and spacious villa distributed over two floors, ideal for enjoying relaxed holidays in a tranquil setting. The property features spacious interiors, a private pool and a large terrace perfect for resting and enjoying the Mediterranean climate.
On the ground floor is the bright living-dining room, equipped with comfortable sofas, table and chairs, Smart TV, air conditioning and wifi connection. On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower, a laundry room and an independent fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine, Italian coffee maker and complete kitchenware.
The upper floor houses three double bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other two with single beds. On this floor is a complete bathroom, which will be renovated and will incorporate a shower.
The villa is located in the Cala'n Blanes urbanisation, a very well-connected area. It is just 10 minutes' walk from bars, shops and restaurants, and only 5 minutes' walk from Cala'n Blanes beach, making it an ideal option for those who wish to combine comfort, relaxation and proximity to the sea.
