Villa Luciana - House with sea views in Son Bou
Villa Luciana is a 140 m² house spread over two levels.
On the ground floor are the private car park and the swimming pool, surrounded by a built-in bench where you can sunbathe and relax.
From the car park, you enter the house via a flight of stairs leading up to the main terrace and the entrance to the living room.
The living room is spacious and light-filled, featuring a large sofa with a chaise longue, armchairs, a coffee table, a fireplace and a television. From the living room, a short flight of stairs leads up to the sleeping area, where there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers, one of which is en suite.
Both the living room and the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with heating and cooling functions.
On the other side of the living room is the dining room, situated in a separate yet open-plan space, connected by an archway. It features a large table and direct access to the terrace. Adjacent to the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen and a small separate utility room with a washing machine and iron.
The living room, dining room and kitchen all offer unobstructed sea views and open onto the property’s outdoor area, which runs the entire length of the sea-facing façade.
Outside, you’ll find various spaces to enjoy the fresh air: a covered terrace with a dining table, an area with armchairs and parasols next to the living room, and a separate ‘chill-out’ terrace accessible from the kitchen. The house also has a barbecue.
SERVICES
- The house has Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.
- There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, ensuring a comfortable temperature all year round.
- A cot and high chair are available on request; we recommend booking these in advance to ensure availability.

From Villa Luciana, it is possible to walk to Son Bou beach and the nearby commercial area, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities.
To discover Menorca’s many coves and places of interest, we recommend having your own vehicle, whether a car or a scooter. This offers greater comfort and flexibility, while also providing easy access to beaches and hidden corners of the island that are not served by public transport.
If you prefer to use public transport, there are bus routes connecting Son Bou with other towns across the island, including Alaior and Mahón. Timetables may vary depending on the season, so we recommend checking the Mou-t Menorca website for the latest information.
