Villa Mar Clara (formerly known as Tramuntana Blanes) is in a fantastic position within walking distance of the resort centre. You will also be 10 minutes' walk to the picturesque sandy beach of Calan Blanes with its fine white sand and calm waters. This villa is a perfect choice for anyone not wanting to hire a car! This 4 bedroom villa has a private pool and spacious terrace for relaxing and dining alfresco. WiFi and a central air heating/cooling system which is controlled for the entire villa are included.

Villa Mar Clara is in a fantastic position, only 10 minutes' walk from the beach and centre of the resort. The main street in Calan Forcat is within 5 minutes on foot and lined with restaurants and shops. There's a great waterpark too. A leisurely stroll in the opposite direction will bring you to Calan Blanes' sandy beach. Anyone with a hire car will also have plenty more shopping and dining opportunities in nearby Ciutadella, the island's ancient capital, with a 15 minutes' drive away.
